Nat is a clinical psychologist who earned their Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from Adler University. She brings eight years of clinical experience across community mental health, private practice, government, and inpatient settings. Their work is guided by a belief in the power of relationships, recognizing that feeling heard, seen, and genuinely cared for can create meaningful change.
As someone who exists independent of sexual and gender binaries, Nat understands that people hold multiple, intersecting identities shaped by culture, power, and lived experience. She works from an anti-oppressive and affirming lens that centers respect, transparency, and self-determination. Nat values being real in the therapy room and believes that simply being with one another can be profoundly healing. They value being “courageously imperfect”, and challenge his clients to do the same.
Nat works with adults, adolescents, couples, and families, offering a nonjudgmental space to speak openly and explore what feels most authentic. They enjoy working with young people, polyamorous and non-monogamous clients, artists, and folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. She is especially passionate about individualizing care for people and populations who are often overlooked or underserved within traditional mental health systems.
Therapy with Nat is dynamic, collaborative, and grounded in real connection. Think of them as a trusted guide walking alongside you as you face what comes next. With an approach primarily rooted in Adlerian psychology, feminist psychology, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she provides trauma-informed care that adapts to each person’s unique needs. They are sex-positive and do not ask their clients to lose weight or “get over” their disabilities or chronic illnesses. For her, therapy is not only about symptom reduction, but about understanding context, asking meaningful questions, and supporting clients in moving through their lives with greater agency and connection.
Outside of the therapy room, Nat is an avid gamer, cyclist, organizer, and LEGO builder who enjoys creativity, problem-solving, and finding humor along the way. These interests reflect her belief that growth doesn’t have to be rigid or heavy, and that curiosity and play often create space for meaningful change.
