About Us

We are a private practice in downtown Chicago with a team of therapists whose ideas and identities are as diverse as the city that we serve. While we are physically situated in downtown Chicago, we are also committed to making our services accessible. (We love talking about this part of our mission and we are happy to elaborate on the work that we do over a cup of coffee).

We pushed the pause button on our growth for most of 2020 and all of 2021. While the world was chaotic and unpredictable, we worked to create a sense of stability within the practice. We kicked off 2022 by planning for our future and adding new team members who we believe can support us in achieving our goals and living our values. As we enter into 2023 we are looking forward to adding another wave of new team members who can serve more people, spread our mission, and live our values.

If Resilience looks like a place that you could call your professional home, please start a conversation and consider applying.

From a practical perspective, our pay is competitive and we offer benefits that promote our team members’ well-being and growth.
